Safety Management Systems Report (SMSR)
SMSR
All Safety Management Systems produce data. This data provides useful insight into areas of possible future risk within railway operations. To be able to engage these 'yet to be seen' circumstances, an SMSR must be developed. The SMSR must be able to exhibit the SMS both qualitatively and quantitatively.
The SMSR must be compiled inline with the requirements of the SMS and SMSR Determination and is integral in aligning efforts for safety improvement.
